Your frame, any frame.
We cut the lenses to fit.
Got a vintage Ray-Ban from 1972? A discontinued Oakley nobody supports anymore? A pair from a brand we don’t carry yet? Send us the frame. We measure it on our optical equipment, cut replacement lenses to ±0.1mm tolerance, and ship the assembled package back within 5 working days.

Common questions
What frames can you Custom Cut?
Nearly any sunglass or optical frame with a removable lens. We handle plastic acetate (Wayfarer-style), metal full-rim (Aviator-style), nylon sport (Oakley-style), and half-rim semi-rimless. We don’t currently handle rimless drilled-lens frames (where the lens screws into temple arms) — the drilling tolerances require a different process.
How is Custom Cut different from your catalog products?
Catalog products: lens shapes already digitized and stocked, you order online without sending your frame, we ship the lens-only. Cheaper (€19–€60), faster (1–3 days). Custom Cut: lens shape not in our database, we need your physical frame to measure, cut, and assemble. More expensive (from €49), slower (~12 working days end-to-end including transit). Try catalog search first — most frames are covered.
What if you can’t cut my frame?
We tell you upfront — before you ship anything. After you send us photos, our optical technician checks: is the frame removable-lens? is the base curve standard? are there any frame defects (warp, crack, loose hinge) that affect lens retention? If we can’t do it, we tell you why and suggest alternatives. You never ship a frame we can’t service.
What if the lenses don’t fit perfectly when I receive them?
60-day perfect-fit guarantee. If anything’s off — too loose, too tight, gap at the rim, lens-frame edge misalignment — ship the frame back to us at our cost. We remake the lenses at no charge or refund you in full. The risk is on us, not on you.
Do you sign a service agreement?
For orders over €200 (typical with photochromic or rare-frame restoration) we email you a written service agreement covering: lens specifications, expected lead time, shipping insurance value, guarantee terms, refund policy. For standard orders we work on email confirmation — the same terms apply, just streamlined paperwork.
Are my frames insured during shipment?
Yes. Inbound shipping (your frame to us): the prepaid label we provide includes insurance up to €500 declared value, with option to extend. Outbound (back to you): we use trackable insured courier with declared value matching frame replacement cost. Loss-in-transit is reimbursed via courier insurance + our supplementary policy.
